You can visit the demo websites of CAHMI’s Cycle of Engagement tools to learn about how the tools function and to review the tools’ content. The Well Visit Planner (WVP), Online Promoting Healthy Development Survey (Online PHDS) and CARE_PATH for Kids (CPK) videos below are focused towards families and you can share the links to these videos with families in your practice or organization to encourage them to use the COE tools.
